Privacy Policy

Motimo does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers. The app works fully offline.

When you use Motimo, the following is saved locally on your device only (in the app's on-device storage):

• Your first name, if you choose to enter it (optional).
• Your onboarding answers (goal, wake/sleep times, work hours, energy, blockers).
• Your routine blocks and any edits you make.
• Your check-ins, progress, and coach-adjustment history.

This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not backed up to any server we control. If you delete the app, this data is removed.

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
• We do not display advertising.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not use third-party SDKs that collect data.
• We do not require an account or login.

If you enable reminders, Motimo schedules local notifications on your device to nudge you about your routine. These are generated entirely on your device — no push servers, and no message content ever leaves your phone. You can turn reminders off any time in Settings → Notifications, or in your device's system settings.

Motimo does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app does not gather information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).

Because your data is stored only on your device and never transmitted, its security is governed by your device's own protections (passcode, biometrics, disk encryption). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
